Below are our beginners training plan for the Ghostbusters 5K on November 1st. If you've never run before and are healthy enough to start a fitness program (please check with your Doctor!) this plan will get you to your first 5K RUN!
The running plan has been developed by our running expert John Holland of Mallow AC. The experience of John and his Mallow AC clubmates is proving an invaluable local resource as we strive to make the Ghostbusters 5K a memorable event for all.
Our walking plan was put together by our resident Hill walker at The Anchor Centre - John O' Connor.
